NOTES |

Note 1 – Luxfer cylinders manufactured before (and including) December 1991 were made from alloy 6351. This alloy is susceptible to neck cracks after some years in service. Luxfer state that these cylinders must have an annual internal and EDI inspection.
Note 2 - It is not possible to quote for the replacement spare parts that may be required during a valve, regulator or BCD service until the equipment is stripped down. Should a client not wish to proceed with a service after the unit has been stripped and a quotation made then a DH 100.00 charge will be levied to cover the time already spent.
Note 3 – Unless specifically requested, a cylinder valve is only serviced if it becomes obvious that it is faulty during the visual inspection / hydrostatic test, e.g. if it leaks during the air refilling.
Note 4 - A part will only be changed if necessary. Parts taken out will only be returned to the customer if requested at the time the work order is given to us.
